Ingredients

  • 1 oz. finely ground coffee beans
  • Water

Steps

  1. Grind the coffee beans finely using a burr grinder.
  2. Place the ground coffee in the portafilter of an espresso machine.
  3. Tamp the coffee down using a tamper to compact it evenly.
  4. Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine and pull a shot of espresso.
