Dirty Chai

A Dirty Chai is a popular espresso drink served in coffee shops. It consists of a shot of espresso mixed into a spiced 'chai tea' (or masala chai).

Ingredients

• 1 shot espresso
• 6 oz. chai tea
• 1 oz. steamed milk
• 1 tsp. brown sugar (optional)

Steps

1. Pull a shot of espresso and pour it into a mug.
2. Brew a cup of chai tea and pour it into the mug with the espresso.
3. Heat milk in a milk frother or on the stove until steamed to desired temperature.
4. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, stirring to combine.
5. Add brown sugar to taste, if desired.
