Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 4 oz. half-and-half cream
  • 1 oz. foamed cream

Steps

  1. Pull a shot of espresso using an espresso machine.
  2. Heat half-and-half cream in a milk frother or on the stove until steaming.
  3. Foam a small amount of the cream.
  4. Pour the espresso into a mug.
  5. Add the steamed half-and-half cream to the mug.
  6. Top the café breve with a layer of foamed cream.
