Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 teaspoon demerara sugar

Steps

  1. Add the sugar to the bottom of an espresso cup.
  2. Pull a shot of espresso using an espresso machine.
  3. Immediately pour the espresso over the sugar, stirring quickly to dissolve the sugar.
