Ristretto is a short shot of espresso. It's made with less water and is more concentrated than a regular espresso.

Pairing: Dark chocolate, biscotti

Ingredients

  • 7-8 g. finely ground coffee

Steps

  1. Prepare an espresso machine with finely ground coffee.
  2. Start the shot and stop it short, at about 15-20 seconds, or when you've extracted about 15 ml.
