Ingredients

• 25 g. medium-fine grind coffee
• 400 ml. water

Steps

1. Rinse Kalita filter and preheat dripper
2. Add coffee grounds and gently shake to level bed
3. Bloom with 50 ml water for 30 seconds
4. Pour water in circles, saturating all grounds
5. Allow to filter through completely
