Highland Morning Brew is a unique blend of Scottish whisky and rich coffee, offering a warm and invigorating drink perfect for a leisurely morning. It combines the bold flavors of medium roast coffee with the distinct taste of single malt Scotch, sweetened with honey and finished with a touch of cream.

  • 20g medium roast coffee beans
  • 250ml freshly boiled water
  • 30ml single malt Scotch whisky
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Dash of cream
  • Sprinkle of cocoa powder for garnish


  1. Grind the coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
  2. Brew the ground coffee using a pour-over method. Allow the coffee grounds to bloom for 30 seconds with a little hot water, then continue pouring the rest of the water slowly in a circular motion.
  3. In a separate cup, mix the Scotch whisky and honey until well combined.
  4. Combine the brewed coffee with the whisky and honey mixture.
  5. Add a dash of cream and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
  7. Serve immediately.
