Ingredients

  • 20g medium roast coffee beans
  • 250ml hot water
  • 2 teaspoons dried lavender flowers
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100ml heavy cream

Steps

  1. Infuse the hot water with dried lavender flowers for 5 minutes, then strain.
  2. Brew the coffee with the lavender-infused water using your preferred method.
  3. Stir in the honey until it dissolves.
  4. Froth the heavy cream until it's light and airy.
  5. Pour the coffee into a cup and gently top with the frothed cream.
